So I ordered a fall monitor for my father (he had a stroke) and the company sent it first class next day on Monday with Royal Mail and now its Wednesday and still nothing. When I put the tracking number in the website all I get is 'An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item' so basically their system only tells you anything when they decide to get of their asses and delivery' Shameful!
