I would give Royal Mail a zero review if there was one. Parcel missing on the way to Edinburgh and a small book of stamps sent in compensation. No news about where or how it went missing! Shocking! They advertise that they are reliable how could anyone use this service ever again? I could constantly be sending parcels that just disappear into oblivion with no explanation other than that I have to submit a receipt for a claim. I have never even thought about keeping receipts which could be months old just to send a parcel. GOOD IDEA for Royal Mail to miss out that they are reliable and say KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS FOR GOODS SENT WHEN MAKING A CLAIM WHEN THEY GO MISSING!
