1st class parcels consistently late nearly 5 times in the same year now, not 1 to 2 days late but 4 days to a week, no excuses or apologies given, non existent customer service, they don't give a sh*t, they are a law onto themselves.
VERY VERY poor service, they are a disgrace. do yourself a favour and use a courier instead.
