Royal Mail Abysmal Customer Service!
A postal order for £80 payable to Dvla Swansea mysteriously ^disappeared" from a sealed envelope after being posted.
As I,unfortunately misplaced my receipt, I am now over £100 out of pocket through no fault of my own. Royal Mail's response to losing my postal order is to compensate me with six first class stamps!
Absolutely pathetic!
