Awful service. Over priced, unreliable and not trustworthy.
Had birthday cards containing money vanish from the system even with tracking numbers.
The postman turns up as/when he wants often swerving my street for days at a time if its raining.
Caught them a few times putting a "sorry we missed you" cards through the door without even knocking first, when I open the door they have left the parcel in the van at the end of the street and not even attempted to deliver it (also been seen doing this on my CCTV).
