I’m expecting a parcel which is 1st class signed for. It was tracked to their post off ice in Stockton on the 21st, it’s now the 29th and still no delivery or update.
This though is not my major gripe.
Upon trying to sort this, I called the PO. After 15 mins on hold, I lost the will to live.
Several more lengthy attempts later, I had no choice but to leave the problem in the lap of the Royal Mail gods.
Absolutely awful service.
