In a the worst service ever, ordered an item on the 10th Oct and tried to track it the system is saying an up date will be provided when they try to deliver the item!!!!
What does that mean? So they don’t know where it is, at what stage it is at, if it’s gone missing, who knows. Time you lost the Royal charter and become unreliable mail! Do not use them then they will go bust and a commercial entity will give good service. It’s now the 17th and nothing
