Terrible services
They took over a week to deliver a parcel, delivered on a day I wasn't in leaving the something to you card
Didnt log my parcel into the system therefore I couldnt book a redelivery online or by the automated service had to call the next day to speak to someone
Wait for 50min for my call to be picked up they booked it for 2 days later of the original redelivery date i waited all day its now past 9pm and nothing
