Once again need to make a 10mile round trip to collect an undelivered item or experience a delay by arranging redelivery. This service is dying on its feet because they won't sort out this stupidity as you competitors are far better with customer service. If I shop on the internet I actively avoid suppliers that use royal mail for deliveries and if I send parcels I now use a courier service so my customers don't have these problems. Royal Mail managers will be responsible for the loss of a lot of jobs in the near future if they don't get a grip soon
