This company is absolutely awful. I send parcels all the time and every single time they seem to have “lost” some of my stuff. I’ve heard the horror stories of staff stealing things but seriously... this is pushing it. I go through Hermes instead now, the people are nicer, the tracking is great and everything is fine now. Moral of the story - don't get service from those who don’t know how to give it. Every next idiot who can’t read works in RM.
