Absolutely useless. Parcel has been out for delivery for two days. Caught the postie today who was clueless and mumbled “if it’s in the van it’ll be back round in 10 mins”. An hour later and still nothing!
Been on the phone to their ‘customers service’ for the past 40 mins and still no answer.... useless ********
