At 07.45 the letter I paid £6.60 to send by guaranteed next day delivery arrived at a Royal Mail Depot under 1 mile from the delivery address. Royal Mail then said that it had been delivered to the wrong depot and was being re routed. It’s now 16.30 and it’s not been delivered and no one knows where it is.
Same thing happened last year and it took a week to deliver. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Total inefficient and not interested in trying to help...RUBBISH!,,,
