Since the privatisation of the Royal Mail the service has been poor. I paid for a 6 month redirect but letters and parcels have simply not been redirected, including when I've written to myself. Their customer service always takes ages to get through to, and the answer is always 'there's nothing we can do' rather than finding solutions. Not a fan of our gov privatising things as the service is noticeably poorer.
