Ordered an item from US.
- I needed to pay customs but noone has reached out to tell me. instead just held the item.
- I payed the customs... nothing... they just kept holding the item for 2 weeks.
- Tried to get in touch. --> absolutely impossible, internet forms and phone service cannot put you in touch with a person. My situation did not fit any of the prescribed forms.
Absolutely hate it, horrible experience. Just shut it down and we can use normal providers
