I was told by Royal Mail by text and email that my parcel would be delivered between 8.01 and 11.01 so I waited in until 12.15 but that was a waste of time just like being told when it 'would arrive'! It didn't require a signature and could have easily been left with a neighbour but NO. Over 3 hours later I'm advised they tried to deliver it but I was out. Subsequent attempts to contact them fail because it's the weekend. They are ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
