Last 4 tracking get so far then nothing. Last 1 tracking said number given, then nothing. Item arrived today, as expected. Why have a system that doesn't work? Royal mail need to have a look at other companies that charge less, and have a breakdown and show exactly where the parcel is? Really dissatisfied and disappointed with was a British instatution going down the pan, delivery service however is 1st class.
