If I could give a zero I would. Paid for 6 months redirection since move September, half of post still ending up at all address!!! What did I pay for?? Spent over 6 hours this week chasing up a parcel delivery to new address, told can't track, paid extra postage, monies come out of my account, been passed back and forth all week between delivery office and customer services. Still without parcel was delivered, that paid for, and the extra postage....disgusting service all round
