Royal mail and it's tracking system. What a terrible service. The supplier is issued with a tracking number which they supply to the customer. It takes days before Royal mail receive the parcel and when they do they don't update the tracking. I have had parcels delivered and the tracking says dispatched. Nothing about in transit or out for delivery. Come on Royal mail you're suppose to be the best. Hermeys are doing much better.
