I had a grey card delivered saying the sender hadn’t paid enough delivery, I tried to contact the local sorting office (sharston) to try to find out who had sent the parcel to be ignored put on hold and the phone being hung up! There is no where to complain for the section I want! All in all I am very dissatisfied.
