This is a criticism of the website. We posted two packages to Spain in March. One arrived after about 10 days. The other didn't so we made a claim for compensation. Had one of those no reply email confirmations. The parcel then arrived so I tried to cancel the claim via the website. I just went round in circles, nothing I tried let me cancel so I resorted to sending a note to the address for sending more information. Absolutely hopeless.
