the royal mail has been bad for years ,you pay your money expect a service and you just do not get it.missing mail .late deliveries
first class prices and not even the decency to give us a 2nd class service ,it was bad before covid19 now its just horrendous ,packages not received after over a month. id rather pay for a courier company now ,at least i know it'll get their on time. Royal Mail was something you could be proud of at one time, but no more its a mess
