if sorting office peterborough have a massive backlog,how come i got two cards come through this morning that were sent on saturday,but yet i cant get packages sent over a month ago .
what going on ,somebody sort yourself out .remember how much we pay for this terrible service ,il take my business elsewhere from now on ,as i feel if any company i use ,uses royal mail i will have no choice but not buy from them ,as i cant guarantee getting the goods ,
