Royal Mail returned a parcel to sender as address wasn't clear!
YET... they've emailed me 4 times to tell me this???
It's urgent medical equipment..... Why can't they email me to contact them to collect it from my local depot which it's been sat for two days???
Does nobody have a brain anymore, just robotic fu attitudes.
