I know there is a global pandemic going on but for crying out loud, how hard is it to deliver people's mail?
Supermarkets are still managing to keep food stocked and on the shelves, chemists are still getting people's prescriptions fulfilled but by god somehow Royal Mail seem to be having a really hard time doing their one and only job.
They have simultaneously managed to lose TWO of my orders, lose my sister's birthday card, and have delivered another family members mother day card cut open.
Absolutely abysmal. Get your act flipping together.
