My mail isn’t being delivered, my parcels are not being delivered, why aren’t Royal Mail recruiting more people to deal with this back log. So far this last 3 weeks, 3 deliveries including an important test result has failed to turn up. I blamed the private Laborartory company I used only to find out its Royal Mail. They also delivered my parents 60 th wedding anniversary letter from the Queen on the wrong day as well and that was BEFORE the pandemic so no excuse there at all. All items were tracked.
