It was alright around 3 months ago , then it all went downhill. Waiting weeks for 48h tracked , 1st class and over a MONTH for 2nd class!! I do understand the pandemic but Royal Mail seems to not care at all about their service and even important letters or packages are not coming. Some parcels are even being lost , am not surprised anymore. If you are someone selling on eBay or in need to ship an item then steer clear of RoyalMail. You will leave your customers disappointed or you will be disappointed yourself. Today is the last day that am ever going to use Royal Mail , hopefully everyone starts doing the same and avoids all of this trouble since they are not even to be trusted with letters anymore.
