When did the royal mail service get so bad?. I have so many issues with pricing, insurance, confusing web site questions and unfeasibly late delivery times that i despair and dont want to write an essay listing it all. The only positive about the whole organisation are the posties who i find always pleasant and do the job as well as they are allowed, but the management stinks.
