As all state Royal Snail is becoming there new Name of honor I'm finding it weird why company's like DHL Hermes and yodel are making there delivery's ONTIME,
I'm sorry but Royal snail are most definitely milking this situation for what its worth, if your item is not tracked you can Enjoy up to 2 weeks wait tracked a week more,
Looks like they are working on more important stuff i say if you a seller Move on to an alternative company for the moment until they get there act together!
