Terrible service from Royal Mail, been waiting since the 11th May for my items that have already been paid for Including a postage fee. The tracking number is not working on your website so unable to track my parcel. How does it take 10 days to get a parcel delivered locally. For such a huge establishment like Royal Mail you would not expect such pathetic and slow service.
