The postman refuses to walk up the drive to the house to deliver a signed for delivery (my post box is at the end of the drive). He just leaves the 'Sorry we missed you' card. I have complained 3 times now and nothing happens, I used to think the Royal Mail Service, or should they be more fittingly named the Royal Fail Service was excellent and our old postie was brilliant but it just seems to be going down hill rapidly, I think because they have a monopoly on day to day post they have become complacent and lazy.
