Today i tried to collect my package but when i arrived at leigh lancs sorting office i was told i was to late it had closed at 9 am and i was 40 mins to late but i saw a woman walking out with a parcel.
The bloke was sitting down doing nothing and i strugle to walk.
This happend on 22 may 2020.
The only reason i gave a star on the review is i cannot give a zero.
Also the reviews are not easily noticable.
Where is the customer service and compassion.
Absolutely disgusting.
