I have had 3 , 1st class signed for parcels go completely missing over the past 5 months. Now another SND delivery no tracking movements for 24 hours on site. I think this service is totally on the down. Charging for a service they do not give and this was sometimes before virus kicked in.
Appalling service from a company that used to be trustworthy and efficient. No longer that I am sorry to say.
