Royal Mail shouldn't be allowed to deliver parcels cause service too poor.
It's us that pay for the delivery n help to pay their salaries , they can shove their unhelpful policies where the sun don't shine , that's where their policies belong.
When you order online you should be given choice of delivery company as your paying for the delivery , I'd be saying whoever but NOT royal mail. I'm going to start the ball rolling by contacting my local Councillor & proceeded up the ladder
