been waiting in for an important parcel for my job with still no sign of it being delivered. they were given the package to them on Thursday with 1st class signed so due Friday. its now Tuesday and i have received nothing and have rang up twice now both times been on the phone for over an hour to then be cut off. I speak to the postman most mornings and he hasn't had any parcels for me. Its not the first time Royal Fail have lost my parcel either. they are down there with hermes as the worst delivery company
