Cant deliver parcels on time took 3 weeks for a nbd delivery. Called up. Badly designed phone system that takes 20 minutes to get through. 3 times I called up before getting my parcel. On other occasions you cant call the sorting office and the poorly designed app is so hit and miss that it's taken multiple attempts over 3 days to book a redelivery.
