Incredibly poor service. I paid for a letter to he sent to Spain which included tracking and signature on receipt. I have not been able to track my letter since posting. I have contacted royal. mail only to be told nothing can be done until July 1st when a claim can be made if it doesn’t show up!!!
I WILL USE FEDEX IN FUTURE!!
