Royal mail is the worst service! Was waiting at home for my parcel....no one nock on the door or call me or even put the card for the post. And left it I dont even know where. I have been looking for it whole day even in my neighbours. When they answer the phone they said they dont know what to do. Now no one answer the phone now my parcel is gone for over £100. This is not for the first time they just dont care!!! I am absolutely mad! Horrible service.!
