Small UK parcel dispatched to me on 18th June, via "Royal Mail 48Hr" (within UK), but it's now 27th June and the Tracking still doesn't even show "In Transit" or "Out for delivery".
I appreciate there's less staff due to Covid-19 guidelines, but this is ridiculous.
Over the years we got a delivery of mail (or parcels) every day or two, but now it's one (maybe two) deliveries per week, and some parcels are received around 2 or 3 months late.
It's better than no service at all, but still a VERY slow unreliable service.
