I sent a small parcel as 1st class Recorded delivery last week from a local post office. I checked the tracking number ever since but the parcel hasn't been delivered. I called the post office customer number with waiting time of 60 minutes!!!! but their line only played music and no one answered the phone!
I think Covid 19 was a good excuse for RM to layback further more and showing their true colours...
Everyone is loosing money by them; sellers, senders and buyers. Royal mail is a shamble and a joke
