This week I have had deliveries from other companies and all provided tracking info at every stage.
The only info on royal mail tracking is that a tracking number has been issued two days ago. It then tells me no more info will be given until a delivery has been attempted, whats the point of a tracking number at all if you can't track it.
My supplier paid for first class delivery.
I think its probably the worst tracking system i have come across.
