Parcel sent my son in Brighton and was informed when posting it would there sat 4/7 at the latest. 6/7 still nothing, not able to speak to anyone on the phone, (does anyone work there).
Unable to get any help do not know where to turn. This parcel has a tracking number but it appears they have given me the wrong number. More money for royal mail and forget the customer
