Awful service,
Mail redirection doesn’t work. When i complained they extended chose to extend my redirection for a month. Why!? By that point I had changed all my addresses and no longer needed the service, just avoided refunding me.
Specifically asked for mail to be left in a safe place, and that was ignored, apparently my instructions came through too late when royal mail emailed me the night before at 10pm! The instruction needed to be with them by 3 am!
Then you phone customer service and are asked if you want to leave feedback after the call, absolutely! But if you’re phoning up to complain, the operator won’t hang up to redirect your call to the survey! (Try it I guarantee they are doing this)
