Collection offices Only open for two yours due to Covid. Very clever. Royal Mail make a habit of “non delivery” and now all the customers who failed to have their mail, they paid for!!! deliveries to their homes, are now in huge queues compressed into the ludicrously short daily pickup times. Just pack it in and hand it over to a carrier who does the job properly ( which is most of them). !!!
