Very disappointing service. I’ve sent a parcel to Austria for my best friends birthday, used the more expensive tracking service. Nice to see where my parcel was going: from the UK to Bosnia Herzegovina?!?, back to the UK, left UK again and is now..... somewhere unknown. 🤷🏼♀️
No reply if you send emails using their contact function, no refund, no nothing. Not the first time but always disappointing when you put a lot of love and time into a parcel to surprise someone and Royal Mail does not even have the time to answer (waiting for 5 weeks now).
