Been told my graphic novels would arrive on Wednesday, arrived at the local office yesterday and still not arrived as of 6pm tonight and the general post has not been delivered for nearly 3 days as well.
Absolute clowns, fix your tracking system, hire some staff and maybe people would be more inclined to use you and dont even get me started on their customer service.
