Extremely poor international services...I have been waiting for an item by special delivery for over a month and it still hasn't arrived.
They used Covid-19 as an excuse for my item not arriving in time when I contacted them, and they didn't actually help me.They just told me to contact the sender and they did nothing more when I asked for help.
I am very disappointed and I am afraid that they lost my item...1 star is more than what Royal Mail and its delivery partners actually deserve.
