Royal Mail delivered two "guaranteed before 1.00pm" parcels to me today. One of them they left in my shed which they normally do. One they took back to the depot and can't redeliver for another two days. Neither parcel needed a signature.
What kind of idiot would deliver one item and take one back for re-deivery? Unless it was a very disgruntled employee just trying to cause problems. My "guaranteed before 1.00pm" parcel will now take 4 days to reach me.
Their prmium services are not worth a damn.
