£6 for delivery; RM website said I'd have an hour slot and in the literal 10 minutes I was out, with no information available on an hour slot, my package was delivered. Now I have to walk 2 hours to collect it at 7am on Saturday or wait for my important items 'til Tuesday.
If I wanted Tuesday delivery with no inkling of what time of the day my package would be delivered, I'd have chosen the cheaper option; alas, this is not my first taste of RM incompetence and assuredly it won't be my last.
