I sent my son's £140 trainers through Royal Mail. He didn't collect them due to being ill with Covid 19. When I sent my return details the male advisor was not very understanding and very rude. I then spoke to a female advisor who took my details. I think his trainers have been thrown.
I have emailed yet again and the response was of no help at all. Considering its been a difficult time and Royal Mail were so difficult to get hold of with the shortage of staff and reduced opening times, they could have been more lenient.
I will be putting in a complaint.
