parcel I sent arrived with a hole in the box and the item damaged. The online 'make a claim' form is designed to make you give up out of frustration. My item was insured for £50, they had the nerve to try and decline my claim and sent a book of first class stamps as compensation. Luckily, I know someone in management who sorted the whole mess out for me.
They will never get another penny from me.
